Tool Academy never fails to bring drama and explosive tempers on Sunday nights. This weeks episode was no different. Following usual Reality Show drama some of the members of the house have decided to gang up on another housemate. Something completely shocking and new to the world of reality television! This weeks challenge was the "Appreciation Challenge". Usually on this show most of the challenges and pretty standard but this weeks challenge took the cake. The Tools of the show had to show their appreciation for their girlfriends by attending their mock funerals. Yes, mock funerals! The tools knelt down in front of closed caskets to confess their love and appreciation for their girlfriends. Little did they know their girlfriends were in the closed caskets listening the entire time. Tool, after tool the couples broke down together finally confessing their love and appreciation.
As touching as this may seem, I think the concept of this is absolutely horrifying. A mock funeral, how low can reality television get. I don't think a mock funeral should be a good "challenge tool" for expressing love or appreciation. But let's just say the drama didn't stop there. Earlier in the season the tools were recorded by hidden camera interacting with women and some even cheating on their girlfriends, of course the girlfriends were then shown the video creating another episode of tears and break downs. So this time on the episode the tools were informed they would be watching their girlfriends go out on a date with another guy. Needless to say the tools were outraged by the concept that another man would take out their girlfriends. Somehow the tools could not grasp the idea that their girlfriends could actually be interested in another guy. In typical tool nature the explosion began! Big John freaks out launching himself and screaming at the potential dates for the girlfriends. He is later taken down by two large security members, but still insist on screaming from the ground. "Manscaped Tool", Mike took off right in Big John's footsteps but was talked down and restrained by producers and fellow tool cast. And last but not least "Guy Liner Tool" aka Frank took off hoping and jumping like a puppy to scream at the potential daters only to be sent away by show host Jordan. Clearly Big John's initial outburst and attempted attack was unsuccessful but that wasn't going to stop two more tools at their chance of embarrassment.
The temper tantrums continued as the men watched their girlfriends attend dates with other guys. Big John's Protege, Little Mike aka "Manscaped Tool" took the dates the worst of all. After already embarrassing himself earlier in the night he wasn't stopping there. He and his four inches of spiked hair took off running out of the house screaming what sounded similar to jibberish. Cameras followed him to the sprinklers outside, apparently he wanted to literally "Cool Off". After rolling around in the sprinklers he was still too hot, and decided to rip his tank top of Hulk Hogan style. Again, Embarrassment Success! In the end, it was his playful romp through the sprinklers that cost him his enrollment at the Tool Academy, Mike "Man Scaping Tool" was sent home and his girlfriend decided to stick it out for a few more temper tantrums and embarrassment successes.
